The 65,000 square metres Seletar Campus located at Seletar Aerospace Park in Singapore is Rolls – Royce’s most modern manufacturing, training and research facility. Officially opened in February 2012, the $700 million investment signifies Rolls-Royce’s commitment to pursue excellence and industry leadership. The Campus increases manufacturing capacity and also creates approximately 500 new jobs. To provide the best environment for research and manufacturing, the new facility includes Seletar Assembly and Test Unit, Wide Chord Fan Blade Manufacturing Facility, Advanced Technology Centre, Regional Training Centre.

Seletar Assembly and Test Unit facility is the most modern Rolls-Royce assembly and test facility in Asia. Latest technology at the facility allows simultaneous assembly and testing of Rolls – Royce’s Trent aero engines. Trent 900 engines, used by the Airbus A380, and Trent 1000 engines, used by the Boeing 787 Dreamliner, are built in this facility. The site meets the production standard of the UK assembly centre. It also provides additional capacity to meet the increased regional and global demand.
