Energy & Emissions
We continuously seek ways to enhance energy efficiency across our operations. Through regular energy assessments, we identify areas for improvement and implement energy saving technologies and practices. This includes upgrading to energy-efficient equipment, optimising processes, and promoting a culture of energy conservation among our employees. Through the above approaches, we aim to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions and mitigate climate change. We are also exploring the adoption of cleaner energy sources, such as renewable energy, where possible.
In line with TCFD recommendations, we embarked on a data collection process in FY2023 and we continue to track, monitor and report our Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions from our Singapore operations.
We have already completed the transition of its entire diesel forklift fleet to electric forklifts during FY2025 and this significant change highlights our proactive steps in reducing our direct emissions. Most of the Scope 1 emissions are from fuel use by vehicles for daily transportation and delivery from the office to client sites.
We will continue to measure and monitor Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, strengthen emissions data collection across Singapore and overseas entities, and consider quantitative reduction targets once a more stable emissions baseline has been established.
Water & Efficiency
Our commitment to conservation of our natural resources extends to the strict monitoring of how it is used in our manufacturing processes, disposed of or recycled, so as to minimise negative impacts on the environment. Through regular monitoring and checks, we identify areas of high water consumption and implement measures to reduce wastage and optimize water usage. This includes adopting water-efficient technologies, optimising processes, and promoting a culture of water conservation among our employees.
Water is used for the cooling of our equipment and 100% of water used is recycled. There is no effluent discharged from our sites. Any water which is discharged is done so in line with local regulations.
We will continue to monitor water consumption, identify areas for conservation and consider quantitative reduction targets once a more complete baseline water profile has been established.
What’s Next?
In FY2027, we will continue to monitor and measure our energy consumption, GHG emissions, and water consumption to establish baseline data. Once we have a better understanding of these baselines, we will set specific reduction targets for both emissions and water usage.
We will continue to review opportunities to enhance the sustainability attributes of its products and maintain alignment with relevant green product certification requirements where applicable.
