With over 90 years of experience, Wyeth Nutrition is a pioneer in infant nutritional science. In 2008, the company invested USD $96 million (SGD $134 million) to expand its manufacturing facility in Tuas, Singapore. It produces nutritional products for infants and toddlers. With the expansion, the plant’s capacity was increased by 50%. The facility is able to meet the demand in Singapore, as well as the Asia Pacific region. The investment is the final phase of a $500 million capital project to improve Wyeth Nutrition’s presence in the region. It reflects the company’s heritage in research and innovation, as well as commitment to excellence in the pediatric nutrition industry.
